New research states that by simply dialing down the amount of butter, cheese, chips, cookies and cakes you consume, you can get rid of a lot of unwanted body mass.
Researchers have claimed that this is an effective way for people to get slimmer without having to give up major food habits or embarking on some dieting scheme.
According to the research by University of East Anglia (UEA): ‘The less fat we consume, the less fat our body shows,’
This research has established the fact that one can lose weight just by lowering our intake of fatty foods instead of starting a complicated diet having low carbs etc.
“The weight reduction that we found when people ate less fat was remarkably consistent – we saw it in almost every trial. Those who cut down more on fat, lost more weight. The effect isn’t dramatic, like going on a diet. The research specifically looked at people who were cutting down on fat, but didn’t aim to lose weight – so they were continuing to consume a normal amount of food,”

For the research and testing, 73,589 men, women and children were studied over a period of six months to eight years. The Body Mass Index (BMI) of individuals was measured after at least six months and it showed a considerable reduction in body fat.
